HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla

Coarsely chop chocolate; heat with butter and boiling water in a large heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Add sugar and corn syrup. Makes about 2 cups.
