PEANUT BUTTER STICKS 
8-10 slices bread, several days butter

Trim crusts, cut each slice into 5 strips and put in 200 degree oven for 2 hours (or less if bread gets slightly brown). You want the strips to be crisp.

Combine 1 (12 ounce) jar creamy peanut butter and 1/2 cup cooking oil in double boiler until well mixed.

Mix 1 cup graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup (or a little more) powdered sugar. Stick the bread sticks in the peanut butter mixture and then roll in graham cracker mixture. Put on wax paper.
