MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1-2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 med. lg. yellow onion, chopped
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped Ortega chilies
1 (4 oz.) sm. can chopped olives
Cilantro to taste
1 recipe Good Seasons Italian Dressing
Tortilla chips or Fritos

Melt all ingredients together except Italian Dressing. When ready to serve; stir in Italian dressing and dip chips.
