SUPER MEXICAN DIP 
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 lg. onions, chopped
Salt & Pepper
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1 (7 oz.) container fresh salsa, drained
2 c. shredded cheddar (8 oz.)
Sour cream
Chopped green onions
Chopped black olives
Tortilla chips

Heat oil in a heavy, large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and onions and cook until beef is brown. Drain. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon 1/2 of beans into 9"x13" glass baking dish. Top with 1/2 beef mixture, then 1/2 of chilies, 1/2 salsa and half of cheddar. Repeat with remaining beans, beef, chilies, salsa and cheddar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream, green onion and olives. Serve with chips. Serves 8 to 10.
