CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 c. onion
2 c. celery
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Chinese noodles (chow mein)
1/2 lb. cashews

Mix all ingredients together except for cashews and noodles. Spread mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Spread cashews and noodles over top. Bake at 325 degrees covered for 15 minutes, uncovered for 15 minutes.
