CHICKEN BREASTS WITH RICE 
1 (8 oz.) box wild rice or UNCLE BEN'S®
1 can beef consomme (gelatin type)
12 to 18 pieces chicken breasts, deboned
2 to 3 tbsp. paprika
1 can mushrooms, cut up
1 can water chestnuts, cut up and drained
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped

Sprinkle dry rice into bottom of broiler pan. Spread gelatin consomme (will be in lumps). Place chicken on top without doubling pieces. Dust chicken with paprika. Add mushrooms and chestnuts. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix and all soups together and pour over chicken. Top with pimento. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour longer.
