CHICKEN BREASTS WITH WILD RICE 
3 or 4 slices bacon
1 box (6 oz.) long grain and wild rice mix
4 whole skinned chicken breasts
1 can golden mushroom soup
3/4 c. water

Place Bacon in bottom of a 2 quart baking dish. Bacon can be omitted if desired but grease dish. Place rice over bacon; reserve the package of seasoning mix. Place chicken on rice, bone down.

Mix soup with water and pour over chicken. Top with 1/2 package of seasoning mix (use all for stronger flavor). Cover and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until rice is cooked but not dry. Serves 4.
