LONDON BROIL FOR THE GRILL 
1 (2 to 3 lb.) London broil or flank steak
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Mix all ingredients except steak. Place meat in a deep dish and pour in marinade. Cover and refrigerate one day, turning occasionally. Grill steak over hot coals or under the broiler until desired doneness, basting several times with marinade.
