WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice, uncooked
3 stalks chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. dry white wine (opt.)
1 qt. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. May be prepared ahead and frozen. Excellent with beef or chicken.
