RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. Jello vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
1 c. dry Minute rice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Pour into serving bow. Chill about 1 hour or may be eaten warm.
