NEVER FAIL BROWNIE AND TOPPING 
3/4 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 box (3X) sugar
Add canned milk to spreading consistency

Pour over brownies just out of oven. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 24 (2 inch) pieces.
