FUDGE - TOPPED BROWNIES | |
1 c. butter, melted 2 c. sugar 1 c. unsifted flour 2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 3 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. bake 40 minutes or until, brownies pull away from side of pan. In heavy pan over low heat melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand milk and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Remove from heat and spread over hot brownies. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars. |
