SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
3/4 c. celery, diced & cooked
1 c. raw minute rice
1 c. tomato soup

Brown ground beef with onions, salt and pepper. Add ingredients all together and put into casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
