SALISBURY STEAK | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs 2 eggs, slightly beaten About 2/3 cup chopped onion Generous dash black pepper Mix 2/3 can of soup with all other ingredients (mix thoroughly). Shape into patties. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix rest of soup with 3/4 cup water and pour over patties. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes until hot through. |
