SHERRY'S LIGHTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. French vanilla cake mix
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup "I can't believe it's not butter", at room temp
2 egg whites
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, using a spoon, stir together dry cake mix, chocolate chips, spread, egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until dough forms.

Drop by rounded tablespoons 2" apart onto baking sheets.

Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 5 minutes.

CALORIES per cookie: 156 FAT: 7 grams.
