CORNED BEEF POLYNESIAN 
1 pkg. corned beef
1/2 c. mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Ginger ale

Par boil corned beef for 2 1/2 hours; remove and place in oven on rack, fat side up. Mix 1/2 cup mustard and brown sugar, score meat on both sides. Spread mix on both sides. Baste with ginger ale. Add water to pan to bottom of rack. Roast in preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool before slicing.
