1 lb. round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
Sliced potatoes

Flour the meat and brown; add onion and cook until brown. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and the 3 tablespoons flour. Pour water over top and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top meat with sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees.
