PEPPERONI BREAD 
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. oregano (Italian seasoning)
Garlic
1 tsp. parsley
1 loaf frozen bread dough

Defrost dough. Spread to cookie sheet size. Combine egg and herbs; spread on dough. Reserve some. Put layer of pepperoni on dough, then layer of cheeses. Roll dough jelly roll fashion. Pinch together. Brush with herb mix. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
