SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix

FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs. bulk pork sausage, cooked
5 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. oregano

Prepare crust as on box (let rise only once). Divide in 2 and spread each into 8 x 10 inch pieces. Spread half of filling to each; roll like jelly roll and seal ends. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
