BREAD LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste

Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese

CRUST:

2 Pillsbury crescent rolls

Lightly grease cookie sheet. Unroll crescent rolls in pinch seams together. Pour 1/2 meat sauce down center of rolls (cool meat completely). Add all the cheese on top and then remaining meat sauce. Fold rolls up over mixture and pinch together to seal.

Baking times vary - if you refrigerate the lasagna, bake for 45 minutes. The middle takes longer. Keep checking bottom of lasagna so it doesn't burn.
