CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 lb. chicken
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt

Heat butter and saute onion lightly. Add paprika, salt and pepper, stirring, then add chicken and brown well on all sides. Add chicken stock. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir in sour cream and pour sauce over chicken. Serves 6 to 8.
