HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA CHICKEN 
2 frying chickens (about 3 lbs. each)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. flour
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. canned tomatoes
1 lb. noodles
1 c. sour cream

Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Saute onions in butter. Stir in paprika and flour. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in salt, pepper and tomatoes broken up with a spoon. Add chicken and turn to coat all pieces well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken with slotted spoon and place on platter with cooked noodles; keep warm. Spoon sour cream into bowl. Heat sauce in skillet to boiling, stir slowly into sour cream, blending well. Spoon over chicken. Serves 6.
