CHICKEN HASH 
Cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
Cooked red potatoes, cubed
Carrots
Celery
Onion
2 cloves garlic
8 tbsp. butter

Saute carrots, celery, onion, and garlic in butter until onions are translucent. Add chicken and potatoes; mix well. Press done in skillet. Cook 10 minutes over medium heat until brown. Turn and cook 5 minutes until brown.
