CHICKEN HASH 
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. diced, boiled potatoes
2 tbsp. fat
1 tbsp. minced parsley
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. stock or water

Mix chicken and potatoes together. Melt fat. Add first mixture, parsley, seasonings and stock. Cook until browned. Serves 4.

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green pepper may be added.
