JACKIE'S JAMBALAYA 
Makes 6 servings.

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. smoked pork sausage, sliced
4 chicken breasts, deboned, cut in sm. strips
1/2 lb. peeled raw shrimp
1 bunch green onions, sliced, use only white portion
1/4 lb. snow peas

Prepare in 5 quart Dutch oven with cover. Brown sausage in pot; remove when done. Brown chicken in same pot and remove when done, saute shrimp in same grease. Remove when tender. Saute green onions slightly. Add jambalaya mix. Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water, add tomato sauce, sausage, chicken and shrimp.

Cover and cook over low heat 45 to 50 minutes. Stir 2 or 3 times while cooking. Add snow peas 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
