PISTACHIO DESSERT 
50 Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks marg.
2 sm. pkg. of pudding, instant
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Cool Whip, medium container

Crush the crackers. Melt the butter. Mix crackers and butter together. Put in cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Makes instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk, stir in 1 quart ice cream (softened). Let crackers cool put pudding and ice cream over crackers. Then spread Cool Whip over the top. Keep in fridge until ready to eat.
