CHICKEN WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 lg. apple, skin on, chopped
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. walnut pieces
1/4 c. raisins
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in medium serving bowl.

2. Add mayonnaise and toss gently.

3. Serve with torn greens and hot rolls. Serves 4 as a light lunch.
