COTTAGE POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
A can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together, except corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan; sprinkle the top with corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
