CONROY CROCKROLADE 
1-2 lbs. flank steak
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can Golden mushroom soup (undiluted)

Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Pound flank steak until thin as possible. Spread prepared stuffing over steak. Roll the steak (like jelly roll) securing with string and if necessary, toothpicks. Place in crockpot. Pour mushroom soup over top (gravy can be substituted). Cook on Low for 6 hours.

Before serving, remove string and toothpicks. Slice into 1 inch slices.
