COTTONTAIL CASSEROLE 
2 rabbits or 2 c. boned turkey, squirrel, pheasant, or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Boil rabbits until tender. Remove from heat. Put meat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together soup and sour cream; spread over meat. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on package and spread on top. Sprinkle with some parsley and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May use microwave on medium power for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
