QUICK FRENCH TOAST 
6 slices raisin bread
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. skim milk

Stir together eggs, cinnamon and milk. Dip each bread slice into mixture. Fry in lightly buttered skillet until golden on both sides. Serve hot with light pancake syrup. 1 1/2 slices equals 175 calories.
