BAKED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut oysters into bite size pieces. Save the liquid. Mix butter, crumbs, salt, pepper and cumin. Layer 1/2 crumbs in casserole. Add oysters. Mix Worcestershire sauce, cream and oyster liquid. Pour over oysters. Cover with rest of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
