CHICKEN AND RICE DIVINE | |
1-1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken tenders 1 tbsp. butter 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sweet peas OR 1 c. frozen peas 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 can cream of mushroom soup Saute chicken in butter about 4 minutes on each side - set aside. Prepare rice according to package directions, adding onions to water with rice and seasoning mix. Combine chicken, peas, rice mixture, mayonnaise and soup. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. |
