CHICKEN DIVINE HOT DISH 
2 pkgs. chicken breasts of whole chicken or leftover turkey may be used
2 bunches broccoli
Cauliflower may be added
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook and cut up 2 packages of chicken breasts or whole chicken or left over turkey may be used. Chop and cook 2 bunches broccoli. Cauliflower may be added also. (Mix 2 cans of cream of chicken soup with 3/4 cup mayonnaise and 3 teaspoons lemon juice.)

Butter a 13 x 9 inch cake pan and layer chicken, broccoli and soup mixture. Add grated cheese. Top with 2 cups of crushed Corn Flakes or cracker crumbs. Pour over all, 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 20.
