REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Cream shortening, sugar and egg together. Add vanilla, peanut butter and flour. Mix together well. Roll into small balls. Cook in mini muffin pans at 350°F for 10 minutes. When done, place a miniature Reese's peanut butter cup in the center. Let cool before you remove from pan. Will make about 3 dozen.
