SOUR DOUGH BREAD 
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
Flour

Mix 2 cups flour, sugar, and salt together. Add enough water to make a thin batter. Set in a warm place to ferment. It takes about 48 hours. Stir in soda and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead and shape into small loaves of biscuit-like rolls. Set in warm place until double in bulk. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
