SOUR-DOUGH BREAD 
STARTER:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. flour
1 c. water

BREAD:

1 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
1/3 c. dry milk
2 c. flour

Starter: Mix and put into a bowl with lid - use glass only (not plastic or metal bowl). This stays on counter. (Do not refrigerate). Stir once a day.

Bread: Combine water, butter, honey, and microwave 60-90 seconds. Add dry milk and flour. Then add 2 cups starter. (Total flour is between 6-7 cups). Add another 2 cups flour while still in the bowl. Turn out onto board and knead adding remaining 2 cups flour until its nice to work with. Let rise until double - twice. Break down and knead. Divide into quarters and put in 4 small bread loaf pans - let double in size. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Six hours preparation time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
