TURKEY VEGETABLE PIZZA 
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 lb. raw ground turkey
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
1/4 c. onions, thinly sliced
1 c. fresh broccoli, thinly sliced

Combine sauces and seasonings in bowl, stir well. Let stand 1 hour. Saute ground turkey, dash of red pepper and fennel seeds in non-stick skillet; stirring well to crumble meat. Drain. Spread sauce over crust. Sprinkle turkey mixture over sauce. Top with vegetables. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes.
