1 egg white
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 drop food coloring (any color)
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Slightly beat egg white. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll out between waxed paper until very thin. Cut with small cutter or bottle cap. Place on waxed paper and allow to dry.
