PEPPERMINT STICK - CANDY DESSERT 
1 pt. whipping cream or topping mix
20-25 marshmallows
Chocolate wafers, crushed
1/2 c. ground or crushed peppermint stick candy
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Grated bitter-sweet chocolate

Crush chocolate or vanilla wafers, mix with little melted butter and pat firmly into 9 x 13 inch pan. Save some crushed crumbs for top.

Whip cream stiff and add carefully into marshmallow which have been gently melted in a little milk and cooled. Add rest of ingredients by folding in gently. Fold in grated chocolate last. Save a few peppermint crumbs, nuts and grated chocolate for top. Freeze. I prefer to double this recipe for a 9 x 13 inch pan so it gets higher.
