PUFFED CORN CURLS 
1 pkg. (5 oz.) corn curls
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Empty 1 package puffed corn curls into a large baking pan.

Boil the butter, brown sugar and white corn syrup for 5 minutes. Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Stir and mix well.

Pour this over the corn curls and stir until they are covered with sugar mixture. Bake at 250 degree oven in pan for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Let cool and break into pieces. Makes a good snack.
