HERB POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. fines herbs
4 1/2 lbs. potatoes, unpeeled & cut in 1/4" slices
Grated Parmesan

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour and stir every 15 minutes. Top with cheese.
