HEATH BAR COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, room temp.
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
4 (40 cent) Heath bars, chopped

Blend first four ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 2/3 cup and set aside. Blend egg, buttermilk and baking soda thoroughly and mix with crumbs. Place in long buttered cake pan and top with 2/3 cup reserved crumbs and chopped Heath bars. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
