CREAMY SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 lbs. potatoes (about 6 med. potatoes) 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour Salt and pepper 2 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. finely chopped onions 1 tbsp. butter Wash and peel potatoes, slice thinly about 4 cups. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in sauce pan. Over low heat, blend in flour and seasoning over low heat. Add milk heat to boiling. Stirring constantly boil 1 minute. In greased 2 quart casserole arrange potatoes, 2 layers, onions also. |
