STUFFED SEAFOOD PATTY SHELLS 
1 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. cooked crab
1/2 c. cooked scallops
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm frozen patty shells
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. green pepper strips
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare patty shells according to directions. In saucepan, saute celery and peppers in butter until tender. Add flour and cook until smooth and bubbly. Turn down heat and gradually blend in milk until thick. Add remaining ingredients, until cheese is melted and seafood is hot, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm patty shells and sprinkle with paprika.
