RAPID SALAD 
1 carton whipped topping
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 sm. flat can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) carton lg. curd cottage cheese

Allow topping to stand a while at room temperature so it can be easily stirred. Mix Jello into topping until well distributed. Add pineapple and cottage cheese, mixing thoroughly. Refrigerate. Can be made with strawberry Jello, maraschino cherries, and nuts.
