MEXICAN SALAD DRESSING 
1 med. onion, chopped in blender
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
3 tsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. Mazola oil

Mix all ingredients well in blender and store in refrigerator. This is the best sweet sour salad dressing I ever tasted.

Salad ingredients: 3 color coleslaw mix, thin sliced radishes, sliced olives, garbanzo beans, thin sliced red onions, Mexican cheese fresh cilantro chopped, avocado. Mix and serve with above dressing. You can add what you want. This is how grandma made it.

Very good, great flavor. It was a bit too sweet so I added more vinegar and a bit of boiled cider. I only used 3/4 cup oil (next time will try 1/2 cup oil, 1/3cup sugar and 1/2 cup cider vinegar. Really good flavor, it makes a lot and is super fast and easy. Not sure what makes it Mexican, but I love it

Good taste, very sweet as another reviewer mentioned. Much more like Honey Mustard dressing than what I expected given the recipe title.
