MEAL - IN - A - MEATLOAF 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops red pepper sauce
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 med. zucchini, pared & finely grated
1 med. carrot, pared & finely grated
1 1/4 lb. ground beef, lean
1/4 lb. ground veal
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, seasonings, bread crumbs and oats. Mix in grated vegetables. Mix in ground meat. Press into loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3 inches or 8 x 5 x 2 1/2 inches). Bake 1 hour. Drain off excess grease. Pour can of tomato sauce over meat loaf. Sprinkle oregano on top. Continue baking another 30 minutes.
