STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. instant rice (may substitute leftover rice)
1 egg, beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1 jar salsa (hot or mild per your preference)
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 lg. green pepper, cut lengthwise
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Mix together beef, rice, egg, onion, 1/2 salsa, ketchup and 57 sauce, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Arrange green pepper halves in baking dish and fill with meat mixture. Pour remaining salsa over peppers. Microwave medium high (70%) for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
