MINI CHEESE CAKES 
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Place a vanilla wafer, flat side down, in 24 cupcake cups. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Spoon into cups and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and top with cherry pie filling.

Makes 24 cakes.
